Rate & Reservation

Rate (from 1 October’08 to 1 May’09)

Villa room : 1,700 Bahts/night

Bungalow room : 1,200 Bahts/night

Krathom room : 900 Bahts/night

** Extra bed : 300 Bahts/person. Children less than 6 staying in the same room as parents are free of charge. **

All prices are including breakfast.

Conditions

The reservation should be guaranteed by a deposit as follow :

-1 night deposit for less than 1 week stay.

-3 nights deposit for more than 1 week but less than 2 weeks stay.

-1 week deposit for more than 2 weeks stay.

When we receive your deposit, your reservation would be confirmed by e-mail or fax. It’s very important to keep us aware of your up-date e-mail address or fax number.

Cancellation & no-show

The deposit would be refunded only for the cancellation informed at least 15 days prior your arrival. It could be done by transfering directly to your bank account or crediting to your credit card account. All refunds are subject to 5 % administration fees of the amount to be refunded.
